About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify business opportunities, generate leads, conduct client meetings, provide product demonstrations, convert prospects into customers, and maintain long-term business relationships.
The candidate should be confident in field sales activities, capable of handling direct client interactions, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
The role involves promoting and selling technology solutions and business automation services across multiple industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through field visits, references, online research, social media, cold calling, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads from local businesses, commercial areas, gyms, retailers, real estate companies, merchants, and startups.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis.
Client Meetings & Field Work
- Visit clients directly for business presentations and demonstrations.
- Schedule appointments and attend face-to-face meetings.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Understand customer pain points and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct live software demos at client locations.
Sales Conversion
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into paying customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing discussions.
- Negotiate deals professionally and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after sales.
- Handle client queries and basic issue coordination.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Update lead status and client communication details.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for campaigns and demos.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and email communication
- Ability to travel locally for meetings and demos
