Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for a Machinery Manufacturing company in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and validate machinery at customer locations.
- Perform machine troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Provide technical support and customer training.
- Conduct machine inspections and safety checks.
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
- Maintain spare parts and service inventory records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers for service activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service support.
- Travel to customer sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience in machine installation, maintenance, and servicing.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
