We are looking for a Performance Marketing leader to own and scale Bossworks’ growth in the US market. This is a strategic role for someone who deeply understands US SMB behavior, acquisition psychology, and performance channels—and can turn insights into repeatable, scalable growth.

Own the end-to-end paid growth strategy for the US market

Identify and scale high-ROI acquisition channels

Define winning ad creatives, hooks, and messaging for US audiences

Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads

Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, audiences, and funnels

Own the full funnel: acquisition activation retention

Track performance, extract insights, and guide scaling decisions

Partner with product, creative, and leadership teams on growth planning

Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI-driven scaling

5+ years in performance marketing with hands-on US market experience

Proven track record scaling paid acquisition in the US

Strong expertise in major paid platforms and analytics tools

Highly analytical with strong creative judgment
