We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our clients and internal project teams, ensuring all industrial projects are executed seamlessly as per approved quality plan, timelines, and budgets.
You will work closely with Project Engineers, Unit Coordinators, and cross-functional departments (Operations, Quality, Purchase, and Stores) to manage project information, assist with review meetings, and drive advanced execution planning.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Order Lifecycle Management: Take charge of the project coordination lifecycle immediately upon tender winning (Lowest Bidder status) or upon receipt of a client's Letter of Intent (LOI) / Purchase Order (PO). Follow up closely with customers for prompt PO issuance and coordinate internally for order acceptance.
- Logistics & Pre-planning: Coordinate the lifting and transport of materials from customer sites. Organize inter-departmental meetings (Operations, Quality, Stores) for project pre-alerts and advanced workflow scheduling.
- Quality Assurance Plan(QAP): Ensure a unified quality assurance plan is signed, approved by the customer and followed during project execution.
- Inspections & Site Coordination: Arrange and facilitate project inspections at vendor premises for both internal quality teams and client representatives. Handle logistics and basic site amenities for inspection teams.
- Vendor & Billing Management: Track and push vendor timelines with 3–4 days of advanced planning. Verify vendor bills against quality clearances to ensure accurate and timely payment releases.
- Dispatch & Documentation: Follow up with clients for final inspections and the release of Material Dispatch Clearance Certificates (MDCC). Prepare precise dispatch documentation, supervise safe packing, track safe delivery to the client's site, and secure final completion, fitment, and performance certificates.
- Reporting: Collaborate with the teams to compile progress updates for weekly management reviews and approved client updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a University Graduate degree.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional working experience is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for client-facing clarity.
- Technical Literacy: Good working knowledge of computers and basic office software platforms.
- Soft Skills: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and equipped with natural leadership qualities. The ability to problem-solve independently and handle confidential business information securely is essential.
Job Expectations & Mandatory Requirements
- Punctuality & Reliability: This position requires a high level of dedication, regular attendance, and strict adherence to the 9 AM to 6:30 PM schedule.
- Operational Flexibility: Depending on critical project deadlines or urgent official work, you may occasionally be required to work extended hours or support the team on a holiday/weekly off day.
- Travel Flexibility: Candidates must be open to local travel to other company units in Delhi NCR when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
