About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospects
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business partnerships
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare regular sales and business development reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel, CRM, and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
- Strong interest in sales, business growth, and customer relationship management
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
