We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic SEO Executive who is passionate about improving organic visibility and driving measurable growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SEO with expertise in Off-Page SEO, link-building strategies, and outreach activities while having a good understanding of overall SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website authority, and search visibility.
- Drive off-page SEO initiatives, including link building, guest posting, outreach campaigns, digital PR, citations, and brand mentions.
- Identify and secure high-quality backlink opportunities from relevant and authoritative websites.
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover backlink and growth opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize backlink profiles to ensure quality and compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to support SEO objectives.
- Track SEO performance using industry-standard tools and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques.
- Ensure all SEO activities follow ethical, white-hat practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong focus on Off-Page SEO.
- Proven experience in link building, outreach, guest posting, and authority-building activities.
- Strong understanding of backlink analysis, anchor text strategy, and competitor research.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Good knowledge of search engine ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of On-Page SEO and Technical SEO.
- Experience working on multiple projects or client accounts.
- Familiarity with content marketing and digital PR strategies.
