Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Manager to acquire new clients, build lasting relationships, and drive client retention by delivering excellent customer service and tailored software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions.
- Convert leads into customers through effective follow-ups and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records in the CRM and achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or in college.
- 1–3 years of experience in client management, business development, account management, or software sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
