Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure that all manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. The QC Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and improving manufacturing operations, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high product quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Control & Inspection:
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection checklists.
- Use measuring tools, gauges, and equipment to assess product quality.
- Maintain records of inspection results and report any deviations or defects.
2. Process Monitoring & Improvement:
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and quality enhancement.
- Analyze quality data and trends to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Recommend process modifications and improvements to ensure consistent quality.
3. Testing & Analysis:
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure analysis for defects and quality issues.
- Perform statistical analysis and quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all products meet company and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality control reports, records, and documentation.
- Support audits (internal, customer, or regulatory) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
5. Supplier & Customer Coordination:
- Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required standards.
- Address customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding quality procedures.Job Summary:

Qualification : Diploma /BE Mechanical / IC
Location: Kubadthal Ahemdabad
Salary : 22000 to 35000 per Month
Expierence : 1 Year to 3 Years
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
