Key Responsibilities – Service Engineer Coordinator
- Plan and complete Service Engineer deputation on the previous working day.
- Assign service calls based on location, skill level, priority, and urgency.
- Maintain accurate service call records, job status, and customer service history.
- Monitor service call assignment, progress, attendance, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with response time and MTCC targets and timely FIR submission.
- Coordinate effectively with Service Engineers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor open, pending, delayed, and repeat calls and take corrective action.
- Monitor Service Engineer productivity and manpower utilization to minimize idle time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
