Job Description

1) Working on leads generated by Tele callers, digital marketing or any other source

2) Meeting with prospective clients, understand his/ her requirement and explained projects

3) Coordination with other team for site visit of the clients

4) Target oriented

5) Rich experience in Real Estate field for at least 2-3 years

Responsibilities

Collaborated with business development, marketing, and product departments on the creation of competitive concept proposals.
Developed new service offerings based on detailed and documented insights of market and client needs.
Managed and maintained a structured analysis of target markets, clients, and documentation in the CRM system.
Provided market intelligence and feedback to global and regional teams on the market, industry, and competitors’ developments.
Built and maintained relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies and partners in order to get access to new opportunities.
Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners
Pitching products and services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Working closely with the Marketing and Services Manager to ensure high level of continuity throughout the core business
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Preparing PowerPoint presentations, tenders and sales displays
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing sites with suitable grid capacity
Negotiating lease agreements and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

Experience within Commercial Real Estate is the top priority – lease negotiation and existing network of contacts
Preference Real Estate Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate.

The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail, commercially orientated
Excellent time management, organization and presentation skills
Relevant sector experience – commercial property, Hotel industry, fleet sales, PG’s, Guest house etc.
