RELATIONSHIP REVIVE is an online counselling start up in Sector 49 and seeks goal oriented individuals with Masters in Counselling / Psychology, Retired professionals are welcome.
Subsequent to selection, the candidates will attend training for 10 days wherein the Relationship Coach will walk you through varied issues of life. At present there are 22 programmes on Relationship Revive and more will be added in due course.
(i) Constant Fighting & Arguments; (ii) Business & Career Growth; (iii) Business Loss; (iv) Toxic Relationship; (v) Child not Listening; (vi) Loneliness after Breakup (vii) Third Party Involvement; (viii) Can’t stop thinking about ex; (ix) Childhood Trauma; (x) Trust issues; (xi) Anxiety; (xii) Emotional Trauma; (xiii) Past Relationship heartbreak; (xiv) In-Law Interference; (xv) Scaling Business Problems; (xvi) Stress Management; (xvii) Self- confidence & Self Esteem; (xviii) Pre Marriage Counselling; (xix) Age Gap Relationship; (xx) Death Anxiety; (xxi) Social Anxiety; (xxii) Flight Phobia.
The script of each programme will be shared.
Job description is as follows:
i. A modulated, calm, gentle voice full of kindness is most important.
ii. Attend all incoming calls. Be a patient listener - let the client vent his/her feelings, understand Client’s concerns and converse with empathy.
iii. Follow up with leads. Send a personalized message to outstanding leads within 24 hours of initial enquiry.
iv. Maintain confidentiality of data.
v. Advise clients of the Healing Plans offered and direct them to the Relationship Revive session with Coach. Guide prospective client through the onboarding steps. Explain duration of sessions, cost per session, etc.
vi. Coordinate online session with Relationship Coach. Verify availability of Relationship Coach in calendar for appointments, match it to client's preferred timeline slots, lock the appointment into the central calendar, and trigger automatic confirmation notices to Client and Coach.
vii. Ensure smooth connection at both ends prior to commencement of session.
viii. Obtain feedback of client on conclusion of Session.
ix. If client is satisfied, request the Client to share their experience on social media.
x. Performance Linked Incentive will be paid to Executive on enrolling the Client to Relationship Revive Plan.
