Senior Manager – Ledger Transformation (Finance Transformation)

Mandatory Requirements
- Banking Finance Experience: Strong finance background in a Bank or Banking GCC (Global Capability Center) is mandatory.
- IFRS Expertise: Deep working knowledge of IFRS (especially implementation and application in banking). High level of proficiency is required.
- Finance Transformation: Proven experience leading Ledger Transformation, Finance Transformation, or large-scale Change Management initiatives within the finance function.
- Oracle Fusion: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials as part of a finance transformation or ledger implementation project is mandatory.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs and stakeholder management at senior leadership level.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- 10–18+ years of experience in Banking Finance, Finance Transformation, or Financial Reporting.
- Experience in finance process redesign, target operating model, and ledger modernization.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Chart of Accounts, Month-End Close, and Regulatory Reporting.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,100,000.00 per year
