Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant security operations and ensure safety of company assets.
Supervise security guards and deploy manpower across entry/exit gates and plant premises.
Monitor visitor management, employee entry/exit, and vehicle movement.
Ensure proper gate pass management for materials, vehicles, and contractors.
Conduct routine security inspections and patrols throughout the facility.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Plant Management regarding security issues.
Handle emergency situations such as fire, theft, accidents, and security breaches.
Maintain CCTV surveillance and report suspicious activities.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
Investigate incidents and submit detailed reports with corrective actions.
Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services whenever required.
Train security staff on emergency response and discipline.
