Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad
Sanfort Group of Schools is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive preschool franchise expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage franchise sales leads.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Convert qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate the franchise onboarding process with internal teams.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Franchise Sales, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and closing abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
