About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to handle end-to-end customer coordination, recovery follow-ups, and post-sales support for our residential real estate projects. This role is customer-facing and requires regular interaction through calls, WhatsApp, emails, site visits, and in-person meetings, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer journey from booking to possession and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the post- sales, possession, and post-possession stages.
- Handle regular customer communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, site visits, and meetings.
- Manage payment follow-ups, recovery tracking, and coordination for timely collections.
- Maintain customer records, payment schedules, recovery status, and documentation.
- Coordinate internally to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth handover and possession.
- Schedule and attend customer meetings for follow-ups, issue resolution, and site visits.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and within defined timelines.
Key Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in CRM or customer coordination roles (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with site visits when needed and in-person customer handling
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
