Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Modular Furniture Sales Executive to drive sales of modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and customized furniture solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, providing product consultations, preparing quotations, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their furniture requirements.
- Promote modular furniture products and customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and design consultations.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and objections professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Quotations & Order Management
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for project execution.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Experience in modular furniture, interior products, building materials, or related sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, office furniture, and interior solutions will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
