VMC Operator
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Set up and manage VMC machines to perform drilling, grinding and milling.
· Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
· Ensure the VMC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
· Regular standard maintenance of the machine.
· Operates Vertical Machining Centre following part specifications.
· Loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up.
· Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling.
· Maintain 5S in the workplace.
Preference:
· Candidate should be able to read drawing independently.
· Candidate should properly handle Machine Controller.
· Knowledge of VMC machine and its parts functions.
· Knowledge of tools and cutting required.

VMC Setter Cum Operator (20000-30000)
VMC Programmer (30000-40000)
