Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measurement instruments will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Salary
- Annual CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000
- During the training period, compensation will be determined based on the candidate's interview performance, technical knowledge, and overall suitability for the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection of manufactured components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, etc.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Assist in quality control and process improvement activities
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met
