JECRC University is seeking an detail-oriented Junior Executive or Office Assistant with relevant academic administrative experience in Student Operations to provide Administrative and Operational support to the Registrar Office in maintaining and processing student service activities of the University.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize UG and PG student records and files.
- Process student documents, applications, and correspondence.
- Coordination in issuing student certificates (Migration, Transfer, Character, Bona fide, etc.).
- Maintain No Dues records and update data sheets.
- Assist with admission, cancellation, restoration, branch change, and equivalence documentation.
- Prepare and update student databases, MIS, and reports.
- Support scholarship data verification and compilation.
- Maintain strong Documentation
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Basic communication and coordination.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation (any discipline), 1- 2 years of experience in Academic administration, student services, or record management preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
