Role Overview
The Brand Communication Executive will own influencer marketing and external brand communications end-to-end. This role involves building and executing influencer strategies, managing creator partnerships, and coordinating closely with internal teams, sourcing, and external PR/marketing agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience
- Identify relevant creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Build a structured pipeline of influencers across nano, micro, and macro tiers
Influencer Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Reach out, negotiate, and onboard influencers for campaigns and long-term collaborations
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencer communication
- Build and maintain strong, long-term creator relationships.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns—from brief to delivery
- Ensure influencers clearly understand deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines
- Coordinate content timelines, approvals, and publishing schedules
Agency Coordination
- Build and manage strong relationships with PR agencies, marketing agencies, and external partners to drive consistent brand messaging
- Develop and maintain relationships with PR editors, media contacts, and publication networks to support brand visibility and coverage
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Share regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns
Trend & Market Awareness
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platform changes, and content formats
- Continuously bring new ideas for collaborations and campaigns

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand communication, or similar roles
- Experience working with PR agencies, creators, or D2C brands is a plus
- Familiarity with influencer tools and analytics platforms
