We specialize in solar rooftop installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, helping customers switch to clean, subsidy-backed solar energy with reliable installation and after-sales support.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective customers, and set up appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to build a career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases to introduce Voltz Solar Solutions and our offerings
- Explain solar rooftop solutions, government subsidy schemes, and financing options in simple, clear language (Hindi/English)
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits or callbacks for the sales team
- Maintain and update call records, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel sheets
- Handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and walk-in leads
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth handover of qualified leads
- Follow up with existing prospects to nurture leads until conversion
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (solar/EPC/real estate/insurance background is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business)
- Target-driven mindset with good listening skills
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated
