Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our industrial machinery, generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through online and offline marketing.
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into orders.
- Visit customers, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Coordinate with the production team for order execution.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, Mechanical, or related field).
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial or machine sales (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel across India.
