Salesforce Administrator / Developer
Job description:
- User creation, user management, and access control.
- Profile and role management for proper security and data visibility.
- Org monitoring with key system parameters and health checks.
- Batch interface jobs monitoring and reporting.
- Handling data loads and manual data/file import/export processes.
- Incident tracking, reporting, and resolving sync issues.
- Creation and maintenance of workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Building basic customizations using Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required.
- Assisting in integration monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Supporting deployment activities using change sets or DevOps tools.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
