Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
The role involves client interaction, lead generation, quotation follow-ups, coordination with technical teams, and promoting suitable IT solutions to customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career candidates who are passionate about technology, communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT products and services
- Promote networking, cybersecurity, server, and IT infrastructure solutions
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for demonstrations and implementation support
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales activity records and customer database
- Attend client meetings and business visits when required
- Provide excellent customer support and follow-up services
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma (Any Stream)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer handling (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Interest in IT products and technology solutions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel within Puttur and nearby areas
- Candidates should be based in or around Puttur
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of networking or IT infrastructure
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to explain products and solutions clearly
- Willingness to learn new technologies and sales techniques
