About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically appealing spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients with the principal designer to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, electrical layouts, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure designs are implemented as planned.
- Assist in material selection, furniture selection, and décor planning.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of space planning, color schemes, materials, and lighting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing completed design projects will be preferred.
