Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle ZOHO Books for accounting, invoicing, purchase/sales entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, payment entries, receipts, and expense records.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure timely posting of accounting entries.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with internal teams/customers/vendors for follow-ups.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ZOHO Books/ZOHO Finance is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have independently handled end-to-end accounting operations using ZOHO will be preferred.
