Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our dealer network for automotive protection and detailing solutions. The role involves managing relationships with OEM car dealerships, detailing studios, installers, and channel partners while achieving sales targets and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets. Visit OEM car dealerships, detailing studios, and automotive partners as per the planned route schedule. Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers, detailing partners, installers, and distributors. Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership management, sales teams, service advisors, and detailing studio owners. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and channel partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
Product Promotion & Training
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dealership staff and partners. Promote new products, schemes, offers, and marketing campaigns. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application processes.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, product offerings, and market trends. Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team. Identify emerging business opportunities and customer requirements.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction. Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and weekly activity reports. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive accessories, detailing products, aftermarket solutions, lubricants, paints, coatings, or related industries. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Ability to conduct presentations and product demonstrations. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
