Role: Sales & Marketing Executive
We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads, communicate effectively with parents and students, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calling, WhatsApp, social media, local marketing and other channels
- Handle incoming student & parent enquiries
- Speak professionally with parents and understand their requirements
- Explain Scholar Buddy's courses, batches, fees, benefits and admission process
- Conduct effective follow-ups with interested parents and students
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Coordinate with the academic/counselling team for student queries
- Identify new opportunities for offline and online lead generation
- Participate in seminars, school/college visits, educational events and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly lead generation, follow-up and admission targets
- Build a positive relationship with parents and students
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking with parents and students
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Positive attitude and confidence on phone calls
- Good follow-up skills — you don't give up after one call!
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Prior experience in education sales/counselling will be an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
