The AI Marketing Coordinator supports the operational and systems side of Pillai Center’s Marketing Department.This role is designed for creative and analytical individuals who want to explore how AI research and automation can make marketing processes more efficient. You’ll use AI platforms such as Grok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gamma to research and recommend tools for automating repetitive tasks, improving campaign organization, and enhancing content deployment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate campaign timelines, asset tracking, and marketing workflows.
Use AI tools (Grok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gamma) to research and recommend automation or analytics platforms.
Implement and test suitable tools for content planning, reporting, and communication.
Support CRM and data tagging processes for accurate audience segmentation.
Manage digital assets to ensure cross-platform consistency.
Document operational procedures and marketing process improvements.
Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to align execution.
