The Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations of the office and factory. The role involves coordination with internal teams, handling vendor services, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth functioning of overall operations in a jewellery manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of office and factory
- Handle office maintenance, utilities, and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for services (repairs, housekeeping, etc.)
- Maintain records of assets, inventory, and office supplies
- Support HR in attendance, employee records, and documentation
- Assist accounts team with basic coordination and documentation
- Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward entries
- Ensure proper documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle basic compliance-related documentation (as required)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage daily operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
