About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and community-focused Community Marketing Executive to strengthen our hospital's presence by building relationships with local physicians, clinics, community organizations, educational institutions, and corporate groups. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, event management, and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, clinics, community organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Plan and execute health camps, wellness programs, medical awareness campaigns, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
- Promote hospital specialties, preventive healthcare programs, and health check-up packages.
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to increase patient footfall and community engagement.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital departments, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of community events.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, banners, and digital content.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, and local SEO initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for community engagement.
- Prepare activity reports, event performance reports, and marketing MIS.
Eligibility Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, hospital marketing, public health programs, NGO partnerships, event marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in event planning and community engagement.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, and local SEO.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel locally.
