he Operations Manager at BONN TONN will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across all outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality standards. The role requires strong experience in the FMCG sector, advanced analytical skills using Excel, and a deep understanding of food quality and safety parameters.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets and production units
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, logistics, CRM, and sales teams
- Monitor order flow from production to delivery
2. Process Optimization & SOP Implementation
- Develop and implement SOPs for all operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and improve turnaround time
- Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and processes
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor raw material consumption and wastage
- Ensure optimum stock levels across outlets
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
- Reduce pilferage and improve cost efficiency
4. Quality Control & Food Safety
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines
- Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and product quality
- Define and maintain quality parameters for all SKUs
- Conduct regular quality audits across outlets
5. Data Analysis & Reporting (Advanced Excel)
- Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, MIS reports) for:
- Sales analysis
- Wastage tracking
- Outlet performance comparison
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Drive data-based decision-making
6. Team Management & Training
- Supervise outlet managers, kitchen staff, and operations team
- Conduct regular training on SOPs and quality standards
- Ensure accountability and performance tracking
7. Cost Control & Profitability
- Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses
- Identify areas to improve margins
- Work closely with management on pricing and cost strategies
8. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Ensure seamless order execution and delivery
- Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction
- Work with CRM team to reduce complaints and improve ratings
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in FMCG / Food Industry operations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, MIS, dashboards)
- Deep understanding of food quality standards and hygiene
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations / Supply Chain / Business
- 3–6 years experience in FMCG / QSR / Bakery operations
- Experience in multi-outlet management preferred
