About the Role
Digittrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development / Lead Generation professionals with experience in outbound lead generation and international client acquisition.
We are seeking professionals who are confident in cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and building client relationships.
Note: This role is not for Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, or other bidding portal profiles. We are specifically looking for candidates with direct outbound lead generation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified business opportunities through cold calling (preferred), email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across international markets.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure smooth client engagement.
- Additional Responsibilities (Senior Role)
- Mentor junior team members.
- Develop outbound lead generation strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and improve conversion rates.
- Drive business growth through strategic prospecting.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
- Hands-on experience in Cold Calling is highly preferred.
- Experience handling international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is a plus.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
