➢ Ensure the overall cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, ICU, OT, and public areas during the night shift.
➢ Responsible for smooth functioning of housekeeping and facility services in the hospital during night hours.
➢Conduct regular rounds of all floors to check cleanliness, linen supply, biomedical waste disposal, and availability of housekeeping staff.
➢Monitor patient discharge and admission readiness at night; ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared promptly.
➢Supervise night duty housekeeping staff, verify attendance, and maintain duty charts.
➢Ensure proper grooming and discipline of staff on night duty.
➢ Coordinate with night nursing staff and duty doctors for patient-related requirements.
➢ Coordinate with Security for smooth functioning and safety of hospital areas.
➢Monitor and ensure timely segregation and disposal of biomedical waste at night.
➢Ensure stock availability of cleaning materials, patient kits, and linens for night use.
➢Maintain records/documentation related to cleaning checklists, linen count, and biomedical waste weighing during night shift.
➢Address patient/attendant concerns related to housekeeping and escalate to higher management if required.
➢Prepare and submit a night duty report to the hod highlighting key observations, incidents, and follow-ups.
➢ Any other work assigned by management related to hospital facility upkeep during night hours.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
