Key Responsibilities
· Supervise manufacturing of ointments, creams, gels, and other semi-solid dosage forms.
· Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and company SOPs.
· Review and execute Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
· Monitor in-process quality parameters (viscosity, pH, appearance, weight variation).
· Manage production schedules to meet output targets.
· Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
· Coordinate with the warehouse for the timely issuance of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM).
· Monitor theoretical vs. actual yield at each stage to identify and minimize wastage.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm).
· Valid pharmacist registration (approved in external preparation/Ointment).
· 5 years of experience in ointment/semi-solid dosage manufacturing preferred.
· Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
