Job description:
- Assist in planning and scheduling of civil construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors for day-to-day project activities.
- Prepare, verify, and process project billing including contractor bills, BOQ validation, and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices with accuracy and proper documentation.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
- Monitor project timelines and escalate any delays, risks, or issues to management.
- Ensure availability of required materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
- Maintain proper documentation including drawings, project records, and reports.
- Support procurement activities and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at the site.
- Conduct regular site visits and assist in resolving on-site challenges.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments for updates, approvals, and project progress.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of civil construction processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good understanding of project management tools (MS Excel, MS Project, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 5-6 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects (preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
