Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Explain products/services and respond to customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi – Mandatory
- Telugu is an added advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Confident and presentable.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Salary: ₹ As per current market standards
