Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Lead Management
· Manage and monitor inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain proper follow-ups.
· Qualify leads and forward them to the Sales Team for further action.
· Maintain lead records and update the status regularly.
· Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead conversions and customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
· Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
· Provide product information and resolve basic customer queries.
· Ensure timely responses and professional communication with clients.
Stock & Inventory Management
· Maintain stock records and inventory reports.
· Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability.
· Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
· Assist in preparing stock-related documentation and reports.
Office Administration
· Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
· Maintain customer databases, records, and documentation.
· Prepare reports, quotations, and other business-related documents.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
· Support management with operational and administrative tasks.
Social Media & Branding Support
· Assist in managing company social media platforms.
· Coordinate with marketing agencies or designers for promotional activities.
· Monitor campaign inquiries and ensure proper lead tracking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
