Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Picker & Packer to join our warehouse team. The candidate will be responsible for picking products, packing orders, checking inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order requirements.
- Pack products safely and accurately for shipment.
- Label and prepare parcels for courier dispatch.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Perform stock counting and inventory checks.
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
- Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move packages.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
