BACKEND DEVELOER:
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Backend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java and a solid understanding of MySQL. Experience with Spring Boot and MongoDB will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
- Build and maintain APIs to support frontend systems and third-party integrations.
- Work with MySQL for database design, query optimization, and complex query writing.
- (Added Advantage) Develop backend services using the Spring Boot framework.
- (Added Advantage) Work with MongoDB as an additional database solution.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and stakeholders for end-to-end product delivery.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Test and document APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and error management strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
- Proficiency in Java (11 or 21).
- Strong understanding of MySQL, including schema design and complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with REST API development and integration.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and debugging.
- Knowledge of clean coding practices and exception handling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Added Advantages (Good to Have)
- Experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Knowledge or experience with MongoDB.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
