Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities for our company. Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and bringing prospective customers to our office for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, residential and commercial projects to identify potential clients.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, project managers, and developers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, online research, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Schedule meetings and encourage prospective clients to visit our office.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of leads, meetings, and daily activities.
- Submit daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, Field Sales, or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving licence.
- Must own an Android smartphone and be comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Performance Expectations

- Number of clients visiting our office.
