We are looking for Senior Merchandiser with 10–12 years of experience in the apparel export industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in knits garments, costing, Time & Action (T&A) management, and buyer communication. The candidate must have previously handled buyers such as Westside and Bestseller and be capable of managing orders from product development to final shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare and manage garment costing with a focus on profitability.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure adherence to Time & Action (T&A) plans.
- Handle buyer communications, approvals, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate with sourcing, sampling, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Ensure timely approvals of fabrics, trims, lab dips, samples, and production.
- Resolve production and delivery issues to meet shipment deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
Key Requirements
- 10–12 years of merchandising experience in an apparel export house.
- Strong knowledge of knits fabrics and garment manufacturing.
- Excellent understanding of costing, T&A management, and merchandising processes.
- Strong buyer communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience working with Westside and Bestseller.
- Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
