Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Marketplace Operations & Dispatch Coordinator to manage day-to-day e-commerce order processing, dispatch coordination, marketplace operational tasks and related follow-ups.
The role is suited to someone who is organized, comfortable handling multiple small tasks, and takes ownership until work is completed or properly handed over.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices and other dispatch documents accurately.
- Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team to ensure orders are dispatched within marketplace cut-off times.
- Monitor pending orders, failed labels, cancellations and dispatch exceptions.
- Follow up on marketplace operational issues until closure.
- Coordinate courier/logistics-related issues and maintain relevant records.
- Track returns, RTOs, damages and other order-related exceptions.
- Assist with basic marketplace backend work such as listing updates, stock updates and operational reports.
- Maintain daily order, dispatch and pending-work trackers.
- Flag stock-out risks or operational problems in advance rather than after they become urgent.
- Act as an operational backup for marketplace activities when another team member is absent.
- Assist with exhibitions, events, stock preparation and other business coordination when required.
- Support occasional recruitment calls, vendor coordination and miscellaneous office/e-commerce tasks when needed.
- Maintain proper files, records and basic Excel reports.
- Send a brief end-of-day update covering completed work, pending items and issues requiring attention.
Ownership Expectation
We do not expect unnecessary late sitting. However, time-sensitive work such as dispatches, marketplace deadlines or critical order issues must either be completed or clearly escalated and handed over before leaving. The person should be comfortable taking responsibility for an assigned task from start to closure.
Skills Required
- Comfortable with computers, Excel and online portals.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage repetitive operational work accurately.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Able to prioritize urgent work.
- Marketplace/e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or shipping portals is an advantage.
- Clear communication and dependable attendance.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
