Thithithara.com is a growing real estate platform dedicated to connecting property buyers, sellers, and agents through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a passionate PHP Laravel Developer to join our team and help build and maintain our real estate web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
- Build and implement new features for property listings, user management, lead generation, and real estate services.
- Write clean, efficient, secure, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reported by users and the QA team.
- Optimize database structures, queries, and application performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other external services as required.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Track, document, and report development progress and completed tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest Laravel updates, web technologies, and security practices.
- Contribute ideas to improve user experience and platform functionality.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Good understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience working with REST APIs and database optimization.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- experience in real estate, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
