We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sponsorship Manager from the Event Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven track record of securing sponsorships, and the ability to build long-term relationships with brands and corporate clients. Communication Requirements English – Excellent (Mandatory) Hindi – Good Marathi – Good Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential sponsors for events and brand activations. Generate sponsorship revenue and achieve assigned targets. Develop sponsorship proposals, presentations, and customized brand solutions. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers. Negotiate sponsorship deals and ensure successful closure of opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver sponsor commitments and event requirements. Manage sponsor servicing before, during, and after events. Track market trends, competitor activities, and sponsorship opportunities. Prepare regular sales and sponsorship performance reports. Requirements Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or event sponsorships. Strong network of corporate contacts and brands is preferred. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets. Experience in the events, media, exhibitions, conferences, or entertainment industry will be preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile Self-motivated and target-driven. Professional communication and client-handling skills. Strong understanding of sponsorship and brand integration opportunities.
