Responsibilities
- Post advertisements on online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business, and local classifieds.
- Promote our home appliance repair and maintenance services.
- Generate customer enquiries and service leads.
- Respond to basic customer messages and forward enquiries.
- Suggest new marketing ideas to increase bookings.
- Maintain a record of enquiries and daily activities.
- Work closely with the business owner to improve marketing performance.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, social media, and the internet.
- Eagerness to learn digital marketing and business promotion.
- Positive attitude, self-discipline, and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently from home.
