Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Home Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for home loan business through field visits, referrals, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Source and acquire new customers for home loan products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
