Responsibilities :
Facility Maintenance
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance across all Aaji Care centers.
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
Conduct routine inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Electrical Maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical faults.
Maintain MCBs, RCCBs, DB panels, switches, sockets, lighting systems, earthing, UPS, and generator
coordination.
Plumbing & Civil Maintenance
Repair water pipelines, drainage systems, flush tanks, pumps, and leakages.
Perform minor civil repairs, including masonry, tile replacement, wall crack repairs, and waterproofing
coordination.
Carpentry & HVAC
Repair doors, furniture, windows, and locks.
Coordinate AC servicing and perform basic troubleshooting.
Fire & Safety
Inspect fire extinguishers.
Coordinate fire alarm systems and hydrant maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and emergency preparedness.
Vendor & Asset Management
Coordinate with maintenance vendors and AMC providers.
Monitor asset condition and maintain service schedules.
Support material procurement and spare inventory management.

Maintain accurate records of:
Preventive Maintenance Checklists
Breakdown Register
Asset Register
AMC Register
Service Reports
Vendor Visit Reports
Spare Inventory
Utility Consumption
Daily Maintenance Logs
Incident & CAPA Reports
Required Skills
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance
Vendor management and AMC coordination
MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and email communication
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
Time management and documentation skills
Candidate Requirements
Comfortable travelling across Mumbai, Pune, and Goa.
Able to work independently and handle emergency maintenance situations.
Physically fit to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights when required.
Honest, responsible, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Education: ITI Certificate / Diploma or equivalent in a technical or maintenance-related field.
12th Pass with relevant work experience also acceptable.
Experience: 2+ years preferred as a Maintenance Executive or in a similar maintenance role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
