Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and active Labour Officer for our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for contractor handling, labour hiring, labour dealing, and field work related to manpower recruitment. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth labour availability and proper workforce management for plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end labour hiring for the manufacturing unit.
- Coordinate with contractors for manpower requirements and deployment.
- Manage labour dealing and maintain good relations with workers and contractors.
- Conduct field visits for hiring helpers and all types of factory labour .
- Ensure timely availability of manpower as per production requirements.
- Maintain labour attendance and workforce records.
- Handle joining formalities and documentation of workers.
- Monitor labour discipline, behaviour, and workplace compliance.
- Coordinate with HR and production departments regarding manpower planning.
- Resolve labour -related issues and worker grievances.
- Ensure proper deployment of helpers, operators, and skilled/unskilled manpower.
- Support factory operations during urgent manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily labour hiring and manpower reports.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and labour regulations.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduation in any stream preferred.
- Relevant experience in labour handling and recruitment will be an advantage.
- 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial manpower handling.
