Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate joining formalities, conduct new hire inductions, and manage employee documentation.
- Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate payroll inputs, track leave and attendance, and resolve salary or benefit discrepancies.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, statutory requirements (such as PF and ESIC), and internal company policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle workplace conflicts, and address employee grievances to maintain a positive culture.
- Performance & Training: Assist management in conducting performance appraisals and help assess or coordinate employee training initiatives.
- Exit Management: Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage full-and-final settlements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Typically 2-5 years of proven experience in HR operations or a related generalist role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation, HR best practices, and HR Management Systems (HRIS/ATS).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
